The 'Pay this invoice' button will appear on any hosted invoice page when your account is has been setup to accept incoming payments. 

If the button does not appear, it could be because:

• The invoice has already been paid.
• The invoice has not been marked as final.
• You don't have an active MTDsorted paid plan subscription.
• Your Stripe account has not been linked or has since been unlinked.
