How can I see webhook logs?
This guide references features available on our paid plans. You can see more about our plans here.
You can see the outbound webhook logs by navigating to your Company Configuration, then selecting Webhooks.
Each time a webhook has been triggered, we will log the response that comes back from the receiving platform.
Webhooks can have three statuses; pending, success and failure.
- Pending: This webhook event has been queued to be sent.
- Success: This webhook event was successfully sent and accepted by the receiving platform.
- Failure: This webhook event was successfully sent but not accepted by the receiving platform.
