When attempting to sign in your MTDsorted account, you may see the following error message:

These credentials do not match our records.

This could be due to one of the following reasons:

• The email address you've entered does not match an account on MTDsorted, you can register a new account here.
• The account you have previous used has been closed and the details deleted, you can register a new account here.
• If you were an invited user to a company, your account may have been removed from the company. You should ask your company administrator for an invitation to regain access.
• The password you have entered is incorrect, you can reset your password here.
