Why do I need to authorise my location?

To help protect your account further, all users that do not have a form of 2 factor authentication enabled on their account will need to verify their location before being able to access MTDsorted.

When signing in from an unrecoginised location, we will send you an email to your registered email address. This email will contain a unique link that will authorise your account access.

We will store the details of the accessed location and not ask you again in the future.

You will be able to see all your authorised locations in your user account settings and unauthorise access to certain locations if needed. 

If you don't recognise the login, do not authorise it. Please contact our support team who will be able to assist you further.
